What we collect
Account email, readiness self-assessment answers, general inquiries, and business information you voluntarily submit through the target or partnership forms. The two submission types are stored separately and no file uploads are accepted. Do not provide government ID numbers, passports, bank credentials, medical records, trade secrets or privileged materials.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored salted-and-hashed; sessions use secure cookies and can be revoked; traffic is TLS-encrypted; forms have CSRF and rate limiting. Audit logs record events only, never your answer contents or any credentials.
Your choices
You can edit your answers anytime, log out, or write to us to request deletion of your account and data. Marketing communications are opt-in and never pre-checked. General contact
Retention, processing & sharing
Information is hosted and processed in the United States and is ordinarily retained for up to 24 months from initial submission, unless law requires longer retention or you request earlier deletion. Audit events that contain no personal information may remain. An initial submission is not automatically sent to a potential SPAC, investor or other third party. Information is shared with potential transaction parties and licensed professional partners only as needed after further discussion and appropriate authorization.
