No. No one can guarantee a listing, valuation, price or timeline. We provide preparation, organization and coordination; licensed professionals do and sign the regulated work.
How is De-SPAC different from a traditional IPO?
A De-SPAC is a reverse merger into an already-public shell whose cash is in trust, with valuation negotiated up front. It reopens a path for many cross-border mid-market companies that a traditional IPO won't admit — if the company is genuinely ready and a disciplined team runs it under the strict post-2024 rules.
Does the Tier 0 diagnostic need sensitive data?
No. Tier 0 needs no SSN, passport, bank credentials or privileged legal advice. More secure data collection is only introduced after scope and professional boundaries are explained.
Is NexaOne a broker-dealer or investment adviser?
No, except through appropriately registered persons. Any securities placement is only through a registered broker-dealer.
What role does AI play?
AI accelerates drafting, audit-prep, diligence, translation and modeling; it does not replace licensed counsel, PCAOB auditors and registered bankers, or their signatures.
